This progressive 4-week series will take you from foundations to choreography with strength, control, and stage-ready presence. Week 1 – Sword Basics Grip, posture, balance, clean transitions, and safe handling. Build strong, confident foundations. Week 2 – Double Sword Coordination drills, mirrored patterns, and traveling combinations. Strength and stamina. Week 3 – Challenging Skills Spins, directional changes, floor work, and layered combinations. Precision and power. Week 4 – Choreography Learn a dynamic sword piece bringing all techniques together with musicality and performance presence.
